How your score is calculated

Your engagement score runs from 0 to 100. All members start with a base of 50 points. The remaining 50 points come from four components, each worth a maximum of 12.5 points.

Activity (up to 12.5 pts) — Based on days since your last logged activity. Inactive for more than 7 days scores zero. Log something today to recover points immediately.
Consistency (up to 12.5 pts) — Counts how many distinct days you logged activity in the last 30. Target is 20 active days per month for full marks.
Variety (up to 12.5 pts) — Looks at the last 7 days. Three categories count: movement (workout or cardio sessions), daily habits, and sessions watched. Logging all three earns full marks.
Wellbeing (up to 12.5 pts) — Your most recent weekly wellbeing score on a 1-10 scale. Submit it via the weekly check-in to keep this component current.

The maximum score is 100. The minimum possible score is 50 (base only, with no activity and no wellbeing submission). Scores update each time you load this page.
